As a young teen I have found memory's of Saturday Night Jam sessions at Bruners Grove Grocery ''The Grove'' as all the locals say. A place that we could go for good food, clean fun, and a great time for the whole family. Now as an adult I am so pleased for the opportunity to be able to say that I get to be a part of making those memories for someone else. Recently I was given the opportunity to take over ownership of the infamous Bruners Grove Grocery. As our business continues to grow it is my goal to maintain the family atmosphere, the nightly ROOK tournaments, the live music on Saturday night featuring local bands such as LOOSECHANGE, OWENS BROTHERS, and a local favorite Southern Performance featuring the funny Ronnie Kelly just to name a few, a place that families can come and dance, mingle, reminisce on the good old days, and enjoy themselves.
I also have some plans for new events in the future that I am really excited to share. Bruners Grove Grocery will continue to be the Staple of the Bybee Community. I can't wait to watch Bruners Grove Grow with the ages but maintain that down home country atmosphere that we all know and love. We recently welcomed Rocky Top Auctions to our store who brings various dealers in every Friday Night for an auction, which is a crowd favorite. Smokey Mountain Home Health and Hospice comes out twice a month for BINGO which is free to any participant, everyone at ''The Grove'' really enjoys the great fun that BINGO brings. We are so grateful for everyone that is helping us along the way make The Grove a success.
Bruners Grove is located at the intersection of Fowlers Grove Rd. & Knob Creek Road, across the street from Bruners Grove United Methodist Church.
