Since 1982, Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice has been serving thousands of East Tennessee residents in their home, nursing home or place of residence. “We all know that when you are recovering from an illness, there really is no place you would rather be than home. Our home health services are delivered by our team of professionals in your home or place of residence,” said Tammy Francis, owner and administrator. “Simply being in comfortable, familiar surroundings has proven to promote faster healing and recovery.”
