About Us

Friends Animal Shelter of Cocke County, TN is a 501(c)3 organization that is contracted by Cocke County to accept all county intake. We are a small organization with yearly intake of around 2,000 animals. Dogs, Puppies, Cats, Kittens, and Misc. Domesticated Animals. We strive every day to create a loving, healthy and safe environment for all animals in our care. We work with organizations all over the country to ensure that all animals that come into our care get placed in loving homes.

Our Thrift Store

Here at Friends of the Animal Shelter we are very excited to have our very own Thrift Store, run entirely by amazing volunteers! We have hundreds of wonderful donated items, so there truly is something for everyone. The best part! All proceeds go to our Shelter to help us help the animals!
