Structures naturally age and deteriorate from weather and other factors which can depreciate a building's structural strength and appearance.

There are a number of unique challenges in preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, but we believe there is true value in the effort to keep them standing.
Rather than tearing them down, we make the preservation of structures a priority, because they are a record keeper of time.

American Legacy Preservations retains, replaces, reconstructs or preserves buildings and structures, with an appreciation of the art, a high level of craftsmanship, precise detailed work and expertise in the preservation field.

We use appropriate levels of intervention to maximize the retention of historic materials, by strengthening fragile materials through consolidation or replacement to any member of a structure.
And in all of our projects, we recreate interior and exterior features and finishes to match the old material, design, color and textures.

We believe there is true value in preserving and restoring a historic building and structures and it is both critical and necessary for these buildings to be maintained for the generations that have not yet come along.
They have a value for people to experience their strength and resilience to time, or to have the experience of the effects an old building has on our behavior and productivity.
Old structures have a significant educational value, remembered as a focal point or can be an inspiration to each of us in their own way.
